Historian Sally Sexton Kalmbach and our expert guides presents a new and unique walking tour illustrating seven civically minded entrepreneurial women who led fascinating lives in the prestigious neighborhood of McCormickville. Ms. Kalmbach will highlight the achievements of these remarkable society women which left a lasting imprint on the city of Chicago.

Tour is approximately 75 minutes and requires standing and walking. Rain or shine. Comfortable walking shoes, water, a hat, and sunscreen are highly recommended, especially on warmer days. Please arrive at the Museum 15 minutes before the tour begins.
