Folk Tunes and Folk Tales

Join us for an evening of imaginative piano trios presented by the celebrated Fifth House Ensemble. Featuring renown composers Johannes Brahms, Aram Khachaturian, and Carl Reinecke, Fifth House Ensemble will explore how each composer masterfully blends enchanting folk tunes and fol tales into their unique sound worlds through the voices of brass, winds, and strings.

Johannes Brahms - Horn Trio in E Flat, Op. 40
Aram Khachaturian - Trio for Clarinet, Violin, and Piano
Carl Reinecke - Trio for Piano, Clarinet, and Horn, Op. 274
